Snake Bite Research

The Snake Bite Research cluster tackles the under-recognized public health crisis of snakebite envenoming in Africa. Our multidisciplinary approach combines venom proteomics, antivenom development, epidemiological studies, and community-based interventions to reduce snakebite mortality and long-term disability in rural communities.
