Wellcome Trust Career Development Award — MLM

This project develops mathematical and machine learning models to predict disease transmission dynamics under changing climate scenarios in West Africa. By integrating climate data, vector biology parameters, and epidemiological records, we build predictive tools that can inform public health planning and resource allocation. Our models help anticipate shifts in disease burden and guide targeted interventions.
